We have worked very closely with Rhino for over 14 years and have enjoyed a great relationship with them.

When a 255 townhome complex was on the verge of siding failure, we were at a crossroads about how to fix the problem. Do we continue to replace the wooden siding and face endless painting programs? Do we install steel or vinyl siding and look like every other community in the area?

Rhino Systems introduced us to a well proven stucco product with an elastomeric coating that is bullet proof. The cost was very reasonable and the product looked really great! The community selected this product and they have enjoyed an increase in value of approximately 30% over the appraised values at the time we considered this option. The community looks brand new, unique and totally different than it did before it received Rhino System’s face lift.

While the installation was a monumental undertaking, Rhino Systems had a supervisor on the job every day from start to finish. Communications with all of our residents was amazing and clean up each day was impressive. Punch list work at the end of the job was painless.

We have also used Rhino for small jobs like woodpecker repairs and wall section replacements as well as medium-sized jobs like clubhouses. In every case, the work was completed on time, our managers were kept informed all through the repair process and the price was very reasonable.
